We're looking for a new addition for our small family, and would love to have a puppy as we have two cats.
We have been looking around and meeting a few pups recently, but would like to find one suitable for our family as it will be a long term commitment (not too boisterous or loud), our little girl is a very gentle person, sensitive to certain louder dogs and totally fine with some (usually quieter types)
We have been to huha. Will call spca waikanae tomorrow.
If anyone knows of someone with a litter to adopt or purchase, please let us know.
Also, are greyhounds good with cats? Was considering adopting greyhounds too.
Thank you all.
Have a lovely weekend!

These two women who were allowed to enter NZ and stay in Auckland without the required isolation period and travel to Wellington before yhey were tested positive for coved 19 is hard to take.
Hard to believe two women can make the trip without a pit stop or coffee stop. But a pit stop??
If there was no time for isolation then entry should have been denied.
NZ people have endured video contact with the dying with no choice.
How many asymtomatic people are missed.
This strikes hard to those who have been thru lockdown and lost a loved one. No real isolation was accepted. Mind boggling

Footage can be uploaded to the "Cloud" as an incident occurs, and it's hard for an offender to argue with a video recording. The equipment is a very economic way of providing protection in the workplace.
It's amazing how self-entitled idiots tone down their disobedient, aggressive, violent, nasty behaviors when faced with being recorded, and the recording being used against them in Court. I am amazed that unions and other workers' organisations do not insist on this level of protection for their members. Privacy laws be hanged; no one deserves to be attacked in their work place. Our privacy laws are often just another layer of protection for ratbag behavior.

It has been deleted from the thread and think it may be helpful for a friend who doesnt want to take prescription meds. Also deleted was my post re access to health services. This is a legitimate public health concern and I'd really like to talk to the person who decided it should be deleted. If you are deleting messages that are in the public interest, perhaps you have a conflict of interest?
