The Beginner's Series starts on Tuesday at Shine Yoga Studio Ōakura
Here at Shine, we believe that Yoga is for all bodies. Our 7-week beginner's series aims to empower you with foundational poses that you can carry forward into other yoga classes or your own practice. We create a friendly, supportive atmosphere so you can relax and have fun, and ask any questions you need. Absolutely no knowledge of yoga or ability to bend is required!
All equipment is provided, just bring yourself in comfy, stretchy clothing.
Classes start on Tuesday 29th at 5.30pm, click here to book- www.shineyoga.co.nz...

What's your favourite tomato recipe?

If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.
