The Beginner's Series starts on Tuesday at Shine Yoga Studio Ōakura

Here at Shine, we believe that Yoga is for all bodies. Our 7-week beginner's series aims to empower you with foundational poses that you can carry forward into other yoga classes or your own practice. We create a friendly, supportive atmosphere so you can relax and have fun, and ask any questions you need. Absolutely no knowledge of yoga or ability to bend is required!

All equipment is provided, just bring yourself in comfy, stretchy clothing.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
