We had another interesting meeting last week; it gave us a chance to update the mtg. on how to take your disputed Valuations to the next level ie the Land Valuation Tribunal... If you don't agree with the Values that either QV or NPDC or TRC have given you, you can take your papers straight to the CourtHouse in N.P. Ask for a FEE WAIVER APPLICATION, this will give everyone who is on a Benefit or NZ Super, no need to pay the $90 Filing Fee OR the $900 Hearing Fee! You will not hear this from QV or NPDC or TRC! Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
