We’ve also been proudly supporting the Heart Foundation since 2007. This Friday we’re handing over our 50th home built for the Heart Foundation lottery.

With 35 years in the industry you can count on us ‘seeing it all before’ and that’s why we’re keen to share our skills, passion, and knowledge within our local communities.

We’re extending an invitation to Neighbourly members in your area to a free and locally run information session, open to any new-home builder, no matter what level of experience. Book a complimentary seat now for your local info session.

This arrangement is designed to be mutually beneficial. They also work as a check and balance on the council. I assume that the Nelson ratepayers Association is currently filling this vacuum without a lot of the powers a Community Board has. I think its time Nelson has a Community Board..- as some of the things that the council appears to be doing are pretty suspect. What are your thoughts? try and keep it civil and constructive, thanks. And now with the torrential rainfall on Saturday and the way the dam gates are designed to lift in floodwaters, theres a good chance brodifacoum poison baits have washed downstream into the brook stream and potentially into the Maitai River and the Nelson estuary. Pic taken 4pm on the day of the drop Thursday 5th October. Watch your children and dogs, this is a extremely toxic and dangerous contact poison that can absorbed through unbroken skin, the poison pellets are green and approx 2cm long, 1 cm wide. The NCC and the sanctuary is in denial , so don't expect any public announcements from them.
