NCC deliberations start @10.15am - chlorine-free water is due to be discussed "late morning" according to council staff. Napier War Memorial Centre, Marine Parade. Come and support the councillors who oppose the current policy of permanent chlorination which is being driven by CEO Wayne Jack and Bill Dalton.
