All day parking rates in HC4 zones (including the Riverbank Carpark) were reduced earlier this year to 70 cents per hour, or a maximum of $4 per day.

Accidents and delays have been causing massive traffic jams for commuters this week and recent figures show morning drivers here can spend 72 per cent more time stuck in jams than if they made the same trip in free-flowing traffic.
