On 3 they also had an English media report of the Syrian army taking control of what is presumed the last area of Ghouta ( Duma a suburb ) with the civilians ecstatic at their freedom from the rebels and pictures of the rebels and families getting on buses to leave the area after another agreement by both sides to stop fighting . Agreements like this have been going on for years. The rebels get amnesty and they stop fighting and moved to another rebel held area with their families .. This one from Ghouta ( Duma) was called "ethic cleansing by chlorine gas " and that the rebels were defeated by gas when clearly no rebels were harmed . This is the last group of several that have been defeated and removed from Ghouta ( 1,000's ) which they have held for a number of years. No wonder the civilians are happy at being free. This is not a one off , there are dozens of videos of the Syrian army taking back control of towns and cities and the civilians come out and kiss and hug Assads troops , give them their babies to hold and celebrate. Does anyone say anything about the thousands of civilians still buried under the rubble of Raqqa when America bombed it to rubble several months ago. No , no one cares about civilians killed by America as collateral damage as afterall they are doing it to give them democracy and freedom , Yeah right.. That's why they are supporting Saudi Arabia the least democratic country in the world bomb and starve to death 100's of thousands of civilians in Yemen. No use supplying bombs and weapons if you don't need to replace them.
UK now approves using force in Syria. I hope they get a bloody nose if they do.

Before that process can begin, the Terms of Reference to define the scope and purpose of the Inquiry need to be set. Sir Anand would like to hear your views on the draft Terms of Reference so we can work together to make sure we don’t repeat the mistakes of the past.
