Fishing and a place to visit
Hi everybody. Pauline and I have quietly been developing our property at 304 Mangakahia road. Been a few changes so anyone interested we have over 30 different varieties of bananas and possibly the largest collection of Lotus plants in Northland these have just started to bloom. If you want to see them we are not officially open but hey bring a plant to plant and come for a wander. We also have 10 acres stocked with rainbow and brown trout if you like to fish. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
