What do you think of this lease situation?

Libby Reporter from Waikato Local

A Morrinsville kindergarten paying $155 a year to use council land has asked for a lease extension, or suggested it could be gifted the property to secure its future.

But Central Kids, the owners of the kindy at 20 Rushton Place, could be in for a shock. Matamata-Piako District councillors delayed making any decisions and instructed staff to get a market valuation of the site, and investigate possible new lease conditions.

What do you think of this lease situation? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
