• 2021-2031 Long Term Plan
• Regional Pest Management Plan
• Waikato Regional Coastal Plan.

At their heart, these plans are about making our rohe even better for the generations here now, and those to come.

These plans cover some big issues – issues that really matter. We know not every proposal will affect you or be of interest, but we believe there will be something that matters to you. Take a look and give your feedback by 30 April.

Hello neighbours.
Did you or anyone you know buy furniture from "Ali Flower" (also known as Yoga Teacher Ali Holmes - of 93 Crawford Road, Te Kowhai between During September and early October last year 2020?

If so, you need to know that it belonged to me, Meg Daly landlord of the above mentioned property and sold without my knowledge or consent.

I am NOT looking to get the square family table and 8 chairs, wooden shelving units, farm gates etc back but I do need you to contact me to confirm that you did buy furniture in good faith believing it belonged to her or her partner Greg Burkitt.

This matter is in court and I am required to show evidence. Your contacting me will be a huge help.

Please phone or text me on 027 288 0724

Is that a teahouse on Stewart Island?

Mei Leng Wong Reporter from NZ Gardener & Get Growing

Why yes it is, and it's also a man cave, a shed, and a builder/engineer's retirement project. Little wonder Allan Jones' quirky build is a runner-up in the 2021 Resene Shed of the Year competition run by NZ Gardener.
