Small plot of land wanted to buy
Hi all, my partner and I are a prof 50's couple looking to purchase (freehold title) a small plot of land or section (600-1000? sq mt) in Waikato District area/s close to Hamilton.
Eg: Whatawhata, Waitetune, Orini, Puketaha etc...
We are wanting to place or build a Tiny Home on Wheels or build a small cottage and reside their.
Preferably as flat as possible, power at boundary. We will install our own septic system and water storage.
Happy to work with a landowner who may wish to subdivide and sell a small lot of their land/farm/lifestyle property or bare land.
Our budget is around 150k for land. (outside Hamilton boundary!)
If you think this could be you or know of someone who might be able to help us, please email or call me.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
