Would you give up your home for a life on the road? When Lynette and John Valk sold their three-bedroom home in Blenheim to live in a nine-metre motorhome and explore New Zealand, it was easier than they thought, and they don't regret a thing.

"We have seen so many hidden gems of New Zealand that we would never have seen if we were still living in a house," says Lynette.

Does the idea of selling up to make a big life change appeal to you? What changes would you like to make?

Selling a self-propelled wheelchair, very portable and can take up to 130KG.
Bought in mid March, only taken out twice.

My partner thought it would be a good purchase for me, as I can no longer stand for long or walk very far.

I am a totally blind woman, hard of hearing, that has now been diagnosed with cancer, which has now spread. This was making the wheelchair painful for me to use.

Sorry I have no pics of chair, but if you email me, I'll try my best to
answer your questions. My email address is irihuatahi@gmail.com .

I reside in Caversham.

Thanks!

We caught up with Dr Angela Campbell, PhD Manager of the WellSleep Centre, University of Otago, Wellington and she provided us with some insights into the most common symptoms women might experience whilst going through menopause, which are insomnia, hot flushes, snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you might be interested to learn that Patney offer an effective, non-invasive and temperature neutral solution that can assist with controlling your snoring - the Patney sleep positioner, has undergone independent validation testing by the WellSleep Centre, Otago University.
