Peacefully on Wednesday, 24th February 2021, aged 92 years and 49 weeks, at Bob Scott Retirement Village, Petone. Loved husband of Les (dec 2020), for 70 years. Father and father-in-law to Jill and Bob (dec), Chris, Lynne and Ian, Steve and Justine. Beloved grandpa of Hanna and Jamie, Jack, Rory, Georgia, Bella, Simone and Matthew. A private service was held on 2nd March.

On March 2, 2021, peacefully at Russley Village, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of Jocelyn, loved father and father-in-law of Janet and Mike, and Helen; loved grandfather of Bianca, loved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. Special thanks to the caring team at Russley Village. The Celebration of Gary’s life will be held in St Silas Anglican Church, 237 Main North Road, Redwood, on Tuesday, March 9, at 1.30pm. Born Dunfermline, Fife, 24.10.1927, passed peacefully on Sunday, 28.02.2021, under the care of Dr Adam and nurses at Vickery Court. A heartfelt thanks to you all and to "Vic" the Resthome cat who was Celia’s friend and roomate. Loved wife and companion of Charlie. Best mother to John* and Nikki Broad. Dear grandmother to Conrad, Conan, and Brierly Broad. Much loved by her family in Scotland. Daughter of Carl* and Jessie* Donachie. Sister of Reda Taylor*, Charles*, and William (Billy) Donachie (Edinburgh). Loved sister-in-law of Priscilla* and Don* George, Bill* and Ngaire Broad, Peter and Peggy* Broad. Celia loved NZ (arrived 1948), nature, and especially birds and her beloved cats. Artist, craftswoman, RN (Honours), Celia will be deeply missed by us all. Died after a short illness on February 24, 2021 aged 88, at home. Loved daughter of William Johnstone Borrie and Christina Agnes Borrie (nee Gillies), and sister of Margaret Adams and the late Ian Borrie. Gorgeous wife of the late James (Jim). Beautiful mother of Anne and Evan Ley, Jenny, Jill and Robert Vasco, George and Rachel, David and Diane. Special Granny to Andy, Tommy and Josh Ley, Felix and Rosie Keys, Peter, Louisa, William, Tim, Jack, James and Margaret Steven., and Nate and Ben Gray-Steven. There will be a celebration of Kay’s life at 986 Rolling Ridges Road, Timaru, on March 21 at 2.30pm.

Passed away peacefully on March 4, 2021 at Nurse Maude Hospice, surrounded by her family. A loved wife and soulmate of Steve, adored mother to Adam and all of her fur babies. A much loved daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunty, cousin and friend to many. A special thanks to all the Medical Staff that has looked after Karen and her family. Grateful thanks to Kauri Wing staff for their loving care over the past two years and to Parkwood staff for their care over many years.
