A service will be held at St Pauls Lutheran Community Church, Upper Moutere, on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 3.00pm. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Christchurch for anyone unable to attend.

REID, Gian Carlo (Gray)

After a courageous battle with depression, Gray passed into the light and the arms of his Father on Sunday 30th April 2023, aged 24 years. Cherished son of Peter (Dec) and Fritzie. Beloved brother of Peter, Jess, Melissa, and Nich, adored partner of Rylee. Treasured foster son and brother of the Quintal family, and dearest friend to many.
God needed a new star of wonder, and he couldn’t find a brighter light to shine.

Passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on 2nd May 2023, aged 82. Loved wife of the late John, mother and mother-in-law to Gary & Leigh, Sharon & Phil Barker. Loved Nana of Craig, Bridget, Lydia and Keegan. The family would like to thank the staff at Camellia Rest Home and her Te Ata Home carers for their devoted love and care. Formerly of Nelson and Christchurch. Passed away suddenly in Blenheim. Dearly loved and adored soulmate for over 65 years of Harald. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Linda and Clive Jowsey (Melbourne), Kristine Stallard (Brisbane), Sonja and Peter Greenhill, Marie and Roy Le Brun (Blenheim), Erik and Lyn Kleiven (Christchurch). Much loved Grandmother of Oliver and Laura, Harriet, Mark and Robert, Erin and Anna, Shane and Kat, Adam and Alice, Matthew and Monica, Jessica and Sam. A treasured Great-Grandmother. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Peggy and Lester Clark (Christchurch). Loved Aunty of her nieces and nephews. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter and partner Odell; the late Stuart and Angela. Loved Grandma of Erin, Lisa, Jeremy and Connor, and great-Grandma of Maisy and Jackson. Passed away peacefully in the arms of those he loved, after a courageous journey with cancer. Precious and adored husband of Michelle. Devoted and loving father and father-in-law of Rachael and Sam, Jenna and Jeremy, Benjamin and Fillippa, Luke and Nicole, and Cameron. Very proud Pop of Blake, Ella, Scott, Alex, Brook, Zane and Baylee. Treasured son of the late Valerie and Neil. Loyal and loving brother of Murray and the late Grant. Special friend, father figure and Pop to James and Kayla, and boys. Now actively relaxing. Bruce will be at home, 502 Pakura Street, Te Awamutu, should you wish to come and pay your respects. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 3 May 2023, at Pohlen Hospital, Matamata. Aged 93. Loved wife of the late Neil. Mother of Helen, Diana, Michael, and the late Tony. Grandmother of Nicholas, Rebecca, and Brittany. Great-Grandmother of Matty and his new sister, who’s due in a couple of months. A celebration of Eunice’s life will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday, 9 May, at the All Saints Anglican Church, cnr Broadway & Hohaia St, Matamata.
