Thank you to everyone who has reported a damaged or downed tree as a result of the wild weather last night. We've had 200 job requests in the last 24 hours. It's the most damaging wind event we've had in the city since 2014. Head to Newsline for an update and more information.

74 Basset street is holding a mega garage sale on Saturday the 9th of Feb at 8am, and encourage our neighbors to do the same.
Having a few garage sales on the street at the same time is a huge draw to bargain hunters.
A co-ordinated effort will make for a successful day to clear clutter while making some cash.
We hope you join the fun.

The biggest demand for household water comes from garden sprinklers and irrigators. A better option is to use a hose with a spray gun, or a watering can. Better still, water only on alternate days between 9pm and 7am, when it's cooler.
