Do you think primary teachers and principals should be striking? Thousands of teachers have taken industrial action on Wednesday, with dozens of rallies planned around the country. They aim to gain attention for better pay, conditions and incentives to attract new teachers. Although about 30,000 people in the profession are involved in the strike, not everyone agrees with it.

A few weeks ago I made a post looking for participants for some research I am conducting into work family diversity in the New Zealand workforce. I am still looking for participants to complete my survey and would hugely appreciate your support if you haven't completed the survey yet. Participants are required to work 20+ hours a week and live in New Zealand. The T&G Passion for Growing Award is open to ALL primary schools nationwide that have a veggie garden to recognise gardening achievements.
