No-one is bullet proof, falls happen and some can result in broken bones, pain and long healing times and can also make us fearful of falling again. Losing confidence can really affect quality of life.

For $15.00 a week you will get a selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables which will vary weekly. The Hornby Community Centre is a hub for the ChCh South Fruit and Vege Co-op and provides a pick-up point (collect from 11am Wednesday until 5pm Thursday). If you would like to help this local Co-op you can become part of the team who share the workload of packing or assisting in other ways. Orders can be via internet banking or paid directly to Linda at the Hornby Community Centre, paid a week in advance.
