The flavours are mouthwateringly big and bold, yet the dishes are made from humble everyday ingredients, all easily available here.
Think pakoras, puffed rice mixes, kabab wraps, chickpea salad, spicy chutneys and more! Learn about spices and how to use them while making popular favourites, improve your cooking skills and impress your friends and whanau :)

The New York-based magazine and website drew upon its global network of correspondents and contributors to compile the 100-strong list “as a tribute to the people and businesses at the forefront” of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries so badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Christchurch was commended for its ongoing transformation in the wake of the earthquake that reduced much of the city to rubble a decade ago.
While the rebuild is not complete, TIME contributor Jessica Wynne Lockhart noted vacant lots were “regularly filled with creative and interactive installations such as hammock forests and a coin-operated dance floor.”
Do you think Christchurch is one of the world's greatest places? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

I started dieting when I was 12 years old. I wasn’t overweight but I felt pudgy and I wanted a new boy at school to like me. Somehow, I obtained a calorie counting book and quickly memorized it. Each day, I tried hard to reach my goal of eating a certain number of calories. It was well below what I needed to eat as a growing child, but I didn’t see it that way at the time. I just wanted to get rid of my squishy stomach and eat a little less. Thus began a powerful obsession with being thin and trying to control my eating. But I also couldn’t see that at the time. I didn’t realize how much mental energy and time I spent thinking about what I was eating, when, and how much, or how inadequate I felt for not being perfect or thin enough.

So many Ryman residents have passions and pastimes that they continue to thrive at within our villages. Therefore, creating an event like Olympics@RYMAN is a prime example of how we pioneer the way for our residents.
Events include swimming, bowls, cycling, relay walking and Quiznastics. To up the ante, we’ve incorporated technology solutions to enhance events and to enable residents to connect with all 41 Ryman villages, including those across the Tasman, while they compete!

A venue with 5000 fewer seats is now being mooted.
By adopting the new stadium design concept, securing a major test match – against the likes of Australia, South Africa and the Lions – would require the city to pay an incentive fee, up to about $1.2 million.
With 30,000 seats, it is understood the fee could be closer $800,000.
