New 28 Metro Bus Service offers good service
Hi folks, Please checkout the new Metro Service on www.metroinfo.co.nz... - it offers benefits for those serviced within the areas adjoining and it deserves to succeed - or we will lose it. Direct to City (no changing buses), service to Lyttelton and South City. Suggested day out (particularly for those with Gold Card benefits) make a group, travel to Lyttelton, catch the ferry to Diamond Harbour, enjoy a picnic and the local coffee, return on the ferry and regular bus home. For the fit and able the Bridle Path walk or the Gondola is/are accessible from the Lyttelton service. So there you are folks and a good suggestion to keep our bus service and have a fun day as a community. Use it or lose it is the old maxim. Kind regards, Colin I Fussell
