Just a reminder for everyone to open up their voting papers and vote. I had been putting it off, mainly because of the worry about radical candidates and because last time it took ages because of the STV system. Rating candidates from best to worst was difficult and for me it was pretty random.

I had been putting it off, mainly because of the worry about radical candidates and because last time it took ages because of the STV system. I shouldn’t have worried.
It was very easy this time to check out candidates and voting is First Past the Post. Just tick the candidate(s) you want to vote for. Easy as!
Then don’t forget to post it or drop it off at a library or service centre.

The Shop has a range of good quality clothing and accessories, and some bed and table linen. New stock arrives weekly - and we are very grateful for your donations, which enable us to support our local community and make a difference in people’s lives (please note that we are unable to accept household items and electrical goods).
