We can get phone calls but have problems with texts.
Problem:
1. I send them a text but they don't get them - all they get is a "beep"? (in their words)
2. They send me a text which I receive, no problem but they don't get my reply!
Of course I can text a new message to say I received it and reply but why is this I wonder?
Whew, hope that doesn't sound too convoluted and thanks for any enlightenment.
And yes, I have checked with my service provider and I'm all good with send/receive .......
Strange ...... seems random cos I have no problems with receiving/sending to other 021 numbers.

We still have plenty of New Zealand Red Cross Cups to give away. All you need to do is sign up to Red Cross Journey, be one of the first 100 participants to raise $100 and we’ll send you a KeepCup!
Red Cross Journey is our annual fundraising step challenge - with a difference. Walk 10,000 steps a day for 21 days and learn about the journey of someone involved with Red Cross while raising funds to help people in need.
