Our normal JP clinic (Hornby) will not run tomorrow due to social distancing rules. Both our City and North branches will be available by phone , email and on line chat but no face to face at this time.
Our West branch will be open for face to face. We thank you all for your understanding. If Level 2 continues beyond Wednesday we will run appointment based services for our clinics. We will keep you updated.

Practising Yang style Tai Chi - 8 form and 24 form, Tai Chi Kungfu Fan during the last 30 min


What to bring:
1. We will sit down about 10 min in between to read a Qigong book (Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi). If you need reading glasses, please bring them with you.

2. Drinking bottle: a thermal one is suggested

3. Wear comfortable clothes with a pair of flat-soled shoes.
