Any pool, fixed or portable, deeper than 400mm is now subject to safety provisions under the Building Act, meaning there a quite a few rules you probably aren't even aware of.
For example, do you have a 1.2-metre fixed childproof fence with a self-closing gate opening outwards?
What are your thoughts on paddling pool safety? If faced with an inspection, would your pool set-up pass? Do you think all these rules are essential? What are your tips for setting up a paddling pool safely?

We had an intruder on our property at 3.30 this morning in Ambleside Drive. We are in a back section so they must of come over a
neighbours fence, thankfully our dog started barking so they took off. Just be aware with all the warm nights that these low lifes are about.

They are around 15/16, 3 boys and a girl they picked up from Reynolds ave, we have reported it to the police. Hope they get caught as what assholes to do this around Christmas! They left in a silver hatchback Mazda demio maybe a 2003/4 also they are driving silly! Please share
