I have a beautiful antique burr walnut upright piano to sell or give away depending on your circumstance. It is of gorgeous tone. Needs a tune. Will need to be picked up.

We are both older folks, we don't smoke and have no pets. We would like a long term rental, preferably a three bedroom home, but we can probably consider a two bedroom if the garage is of the larger type so that we can store our bikes and I can continue working at my small business. We want to stay in Kaiapoi as we both like it here. A garden would be welcome as Paul has a keen interest in that.

Sadly Maureen died of motor neurone disease earlier this year. The lights, at 650 Shands Rd, are open again this year though, until December 30. $5 entry per person. Read more here.
