Boil water notice lifted
Christchurch City Council and the Canterbury District Health Board advise residents of Governors Bay that the boil water notice has been lifted.
This means the water is now safe to drink.
This notice applies to all Residential and Commercial properties.
Flyers have been delivered to all homes and businesses in the area, and if residents need any further information please contact the Council on 941 8999 or 0800 800 169.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
