Hi all,
I was cycling eastbound on Riccarton Road on Saturday 13 August approx 1:30pm in the marked cycle lane when I was hit by a vehicle (blue Subaru) that was wanting to turn left into a property (Kauri Lodge opposite the McDonald's).
Driver initially accepted fault but is now going back on his words, saying I hit HIM, and is refusing to cover bike repairs. I've submitted a police report and looking for witnesses to confirm what unfolded.
Might be a long shot but if you happened to have seen the incident and can come forward as a witness please contact me on 0211072797 or inha.go@outlook.com, would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks, Inha
