Auckland Council Annual Budget 2023/2024 to go for consultation
Yesterday, our Governing Body confirmed items for consultation for the proposed Annual Budget 2023/2024, which will go for public consultation early next year.
Ponsonby RD (Three Lamps) Shared Office Space Available
Hi Neighbours, We are looking for a new office flatmate! Our office is located in Three Lamps, Ponsonby Road (next to the BNZ) Ideally a solo person who owns a small business looking to get away from the house to work!
Desk + Chair, Power, High-speed internet, Kitchenette, 2x bathrooms, and all the amenities that Ponsonby road offers!
Formal leases can be discussed with signage on the exterior of the building, however we are ideally looking for a month-to-month basis with no formal lease agreement..
Only sharing with one other person in the office space, so it will be a quiet environment.
