Our Essential Services Offer

Anne from

At the beginning of Level 4 we wanted to do something to help. Not just at the end of the 4 - 6 weeks when we hoped to re-open. We wanted to have something available that we could send to our essential services to lift their spirits in the midst of some of the longest working days of their lives. We set up the Essential Care initiative via our gift voucher page. A honesty based nomination that we are funding to say thank you. We also had a request to sponsor an essential care worker so this was made available as well. A shared cost between us and our community. So far we have sent out 56 digital vouchers for a one hour free treatment and 9 sponsored vouchers to be enjoyed at either at Albany or Howick locations. We can not wait to look after our local heroes. Read all about the offer via our blog. Stay safe xx

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
