'No support' offered to passengers after crash, woman says

Hi neighbours, a woman who is profoundly deaf says she felt excluded and confused during a bus crash which caused a window to shatter. Passengers were not given any support and she did not know what was going on. The woman is calling on bus drivers to be more aware, alert and conscious of passengers with disabilities during accidents. Read the story by clicking the link below.
