This delightful collection of cake & sweet recipes transcribed from originals left by the inhabitants of our Auckland historic houses, has just been reprinted and is now available in the gift shops at Alberton, Highwic 1862 and Ewelme at $7!

Giving an insight into the kind of home baked treats enjoyed with tea and with guests in early New Zealand, most of the recipes were tried and tested (and the results tasted) for the making of the book! A special souvenir of our Auckland historic homes and lovely gift the keen baker.
