Are you looking for someone to move into your sleepout or studio? I am in my 60s, vaccinated, single, non-smoking, a quiet and respectful librarian who works part-time at home and who is looking for a peaceful place to live. I have my own furniture, although if the place is already furnished that isn't a deal breaker. I need to leave my present flat by Christmas. And I can provide glowing references.
