The grand ballroom and extensive verandah of Auckland’s historic Alberton are the perfect settings for this mini market of vintage and antique treasures!

Featuring fine china, textiles, clothing, accessories, glassware, crystal, silver, kitchen & tableware, Crown Lynn, jewellery, retro bric-a-brac and more, vendors include The Crown Lynn & More Store coming all the way from Thames. Highlights include Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint furniture painting demos by Troupes Vintage at midday & 2pm and a surprise flash mob swing dance performance by the Grammophone Gang!

Gelato, Crêpes, a pop-up bakery and coffee caravan will provide sustenance and old-fashioned games such as quoits and croquet will keep the kids entertained. A spectacular raffle prize hamper of vintage goodies and shop vouchers from stores such as Junk & Disorderly and Yvonne Saunders antiques will be up for grabs.

Come along to find a gem or a bargain! Learn the history of this beautiful, historic homestead built in 1863 and the lives of its inhabitants, the Kerr Taylors. This event is part of the Auckland Heritage Festival 2019 with the theme of 'Journeys'.

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:​​
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes​​
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device​​
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
