Painted glass bottles make a stylish display on their own or with the addition of dried foliage. The paint is on the inside so they still have that lovely glass sheen. Use Resene testpots to co-ordinate with your home's colour palette.

Here are some tips and suggestions involving light exercises to help you achieve a better night's sleep.
Walking
A good walk outside might be the solution to your sleep deprivation. Walking at any pace is a nice method to unwind after a long day. The combined advantages of exercise and exposure to nature enhance restfulness.
Flexibility training
Aches and pain may cause problems on a good night's sleep. If your body hurts and you can't sleep, consider including yoga exercises into your night regimen. Stretching at night can mobilise any stiff joints and relax any stiff muscles. Using a latex mattress might also be beneficial depending on one's comfort.
Strength training
Some believe that undertaking intensive activities at night, such as weightlifting, affects sleep, yet studies show otherwise. Keep in mind that you don't have to go overboard during a nighttime strength training workout. If you're worried about having difficulties sleeping, do a shorter or less intensive strength training exercise before bed.
Kindly let us know by commenting if you found these suggestions beneficial in your everyday routines.

This is one of our most popular projects as the students must design a three-course menu, cost it in a spreadsheet to meet a specific budget, create a menu card and timeplan to help them execute the tasks. They must serve the menu to a guest who arrives at 12.30. Everything is done on the day. The students also get to sit with their guest to savour and enjoy their creations.
Along with our cookery students, the Food & Beverage, Level 4 students showcased excellent wine and food service to the guests.
Some of the dishes prepared were -
- Pan seared fish with salsa and mesclun salad
- Fettuccine Al Burro with handmade pasta
- Semolina cake soaked in orange blossom syrup, rosewater sorbet, pistachio crumb & candied orange peel

Although the number of in-person services and ceremonies across the region is reduced as a result of the red-light setting during planning, there are still many ways to commemorate at home or in the community.
The dawn service at the Auckland War Memorial Museum is limited to veterans and invited guests only. The public are encouraged to view the service at home on Māori Television.
Visit ourauckland.nz/anzacday for ways to commemorate Anzac Day.

West Auckland population is over 240,000 and yet we do not have a full scale hospital. And most astonishing highlight is that we only have 1.2 beds per 1000 people!!!! 1.2 BEDS!!!!!
Forget full scale, the Ministry of Health 'Capital Investment Committee' has deferred any upgrades to the Master Plan of the DHB indefinitely, which means we are back in the queue while the hospital continues to disintegrate.
Please add your voice to send a message to the Minister of Health that West Needs his endorsement to the Master Plan. He can do it.
You can find the link to the petition here: www.savewaitakerehospital.nz...
Please share it with your family and friends too.
Many thanks
Sunil

I am raising funds to help with the cost of sending Children, who have trained hard, to sports camp this year. Unfortunately the rising cost of living has put up barriers for alot of Whanau who would love to support their children to make it there, but struggle to get the money together to do so. So please kindly donate/share the link or both, and let's send these kids to camp! Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
