Harbour Bridge maintenance
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises there will be closures around State Highway 1 (SH1) Auckland Harbour Bridge on Monday 2 October between 9.30pm and 5am due to maintenance.
What you need to know:
- There will be southbound lane restrictions including the southbound clip-on lanes.
- Shelly Beach Road southbound off-ramp will be closed at this time (best detour via Fanshawe Street, Beaumont Street and Westhaven Drive).
- There may be increased noise levels as paving activities are being carried out.

We're back with a Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with Dr Corey Regnerus-Kell who is a qualified veterinarian and SPCA’s General Manager Animal Services.
A little bit about Corey:
Corey has an interest in veterinary medicine, animal welfare, and biosecurity. He shares his home with ostriches, guinea pigs, bees, a rescue tortoiseshell named Lynk, a ragdoll named Oscar, two mini foxies called Chester and Maya and a black Labrador named Bonnie.
