I don't think there is anything else like it in NZ as it was bought in the UK. It cost $2000 NZ when new. It is well used but with lots of life left in it. The sleeping platform is on the top with a desk and a seat underneath. There are curtains in the window and a padded squab for the seat. There are also 2 fabric storage boxes which fit under the seat which have become a bit floppy and have seen better days. You may want to just use plastic storage boxes instead (as we did) but I'm including them as they belong with the bed. The overall dimensions are 98cm wide by 173cm high by 206cm long.

You will see from the photos that we most recently used it like a bunk bed, removing the seat from inside and laying a mattress directly on the floor inside the frame. This way my son could use it as bunks when friends came over.

There is some damage to one piece which forms the support for the seat underneath, but we were still able to use it just fine. If you wanted to I imagine you could replace this piece, or fix it. It isn't visible when the bed is put together as it is under the seat. There are a few dings and scratches but nothing major, and a few stickers but they're on a piece that you can reverse so not seen (or clean them off). It doesn't have instructions but I took and labelled some photos before disassembling it which should help with assembling. Most pieces are easy to figure out. Based on the above I have priced it at $200. It will make someone very happy!
