For me it’s going to a dance, yoga or Pilates class or spending time gardening or walking along the beach. We so often forget to make ourselves important and to protect a bit of time to reinvest in yourself without feeling guilty about it. Especially when you have younger children or elderly to care for. Yet especially then you need to self care to be able to give care with strength and love. May this be just an hour a day to do something that re energises yourself and reassures you ( body-mind-spirit) that you got your own back.
