Then feel the chair push up against you. Holding you. Then notice your hands and where they are resting against your body. Notice the pressure or warmth or something else. Notice your breath just the way it is. In and out. Then begin to extend the length of the in and exhales. Notice everything about your breath, be curious like you never noticed you are breathing before. The movement in your nostril your chest your abdomen, the sound, the sensations in your body as you breath. Notice right now you are fine just sitting on a chair and breathing, you are fine right now. 💓
