There are two living areas, main downstairs with kitchen and dining and a second lounge upstairs. Communal areas are furnished and all appliances, kitchenware etc provided but room for anything else you might want to bring with you. There is a small garden that gets lots of sun and we are down a driveway so has the added benefit of privacy. Some storage space in the garage and house.
The room has an ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobe. High ceilings and thermal blockout curtains and blind. A good size double room 3.3m x 3.6 not including the ensuite and wardrobe. High stud makes it feel more spacious.
The area is quiet with great walks in Churchill park, a nearby coastal reserve or just around the neighbourhood. St Heliers village is a few minutes away. Bus route close by on Riddell Rd.
Looking for a someone to make this their home and share some wines and/or cocktails with. Please only get in touch if you are vaccinated.
No pets or smokers.
Expenses are estimated at $43 p/w for power, water. internet and cleaning/communal supplies.
