This was stolen from Howick last night and contains a lot of my sons Flying school material, especially his log book which is of no use to anyone else. Any leads appreciated. The number plate was recently changed to BOSS.

-both that loves shades, and that loves sun,
as we have sunny areas and shady areas.
-preferably NZ native
-already grown up tree with edible fruit would be fantastic!! 😉
-feijoa, lemon, orange, peach .. 🤤
-we prefer fern, palms, panga, coprosma etc (evergreen plants) to flowers
-plants that are not high-maintenance, as we are not good at maintaining them 🙈
Videos show how the piece of land is looking like now.

Now anyone can own a handy 3.8m ladder. It telescopes down to just 96cm long when compacted, so it's the perfect size to chuck the back of the 4x4 or boot of the car, or just keep in a cupboard. This thing is INGENIOUS! It closes s-l-o-w-l-y, with air-brakes, to help you avoid accidental digital mangulation.
The 13 steps expand independently so you can select a range of heights for your ladder depending on the task at hand. Made from super durable anodised aluminium the ladder has a maximum weight limit of 100kgs and is designed for residential use only.
With endless applications for self proclaimed DIYers alike, this is a must have tool for anyone looking to reach new heights around their home!
Specifications:
Sturdy Anodised Aluminium frame, 1.5mm thickness
Durable strengthened plastic for non slip edges
Non slip feet
13 steps
Each step 30cm apart
Extend as many steps as you need
Unique 'slow closing' air-brake design to ensure the rungs close slowly for added safety
Approved for NZ standards - AS/NZS 1892.1-1996 and EU standards EN131 certificate
Residential use only
Max. weight limit- 100kg
Dimensions - 47.5cm W x 96cm H (minimum) to 380cm H (maximum)
