Removing and installing 2 new windows, repairing water damaged areas and making good.

Remove existing exterior windows and install new, repair half height wall and floor boards as required

Labour to remove 2 x Windows and water damaged building materials.

- Replace/repair rotten framing/flooring due to water damage.
- Assist with installing new windows.
- Cover openings with Polythene while awaiting glazing.
- New finishing lines and Gib to inside where required.
- 1 x 9 cubic metre general rubbish bin to be provided.

Make allowance for repairs or painting to exterior cladding.

Make allowance for Plumbing works.

Make allowance for blinds or glazing film.

Make allowance for full hoarding during the building works in the karate shop. (Upstairs)
