Heartbeats Cardiac Support Group at Sunnynook Community Centre
Heartbeats Sunnynook group meets this Thursday at 7pm at the Sunnynook Community Centre, 148 Sycamore Drive, Sunnynook, North Shore.
Guest speaker is Vanessa Garcia, Cardiac Health Psychologist, who will be presenting and leading a questions and answers session on heart anxiety, stress and how to cope after a heart event.
Also joining us is Matt Fuller, reg Cardiac Nurse Specialist, and one of the Auckland Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation team.
Come along, its free, fun and very informal. Everyone is welcome.
