I have a lovely small group of seniors who are in this group - Come and meet us and soothe body and mind with a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace.
Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre 1 - 2.15pm. Bookings essential by contacting me. Koha welcome (first session free). Ongoing first Tuesday of the month.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
