Together with Chef Gemma, Bay Wellness Collective are hosting a Wellness Workshop in our Community.
When: Sunday 19th July between 10am and 1pm
Where: Glendowie Community Centre
Cost: $55
The workshop will give us an opportunity to get together and experience the following:
- breathing practices to calm the nervous system
- gentle yoga to stretch and lengthen your body
- establish where you are stuck and how to move forward
- learn about gut health and the gut/brain connection
- discuss and share our insights
