Whether you're having a staycation or leaving town to explore this fantastic country of ours, Saint Johns Butchery is open all Queen's Birthday weekend for your delicious dinner supplies. It looks to be cold and wet, so think crockpot and roast dinners ... lamb shanks, bacon hocks, beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Delicious!
