Seniors welcome at mindfulness session tomorrow
Hi Neighbours,
I have a lovely small group of seniors who enjoy mindfulness - Come and meet us and soothe body and mind with a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace tomorrow.
Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre 1 - 2.15pm.
