Sighted in St Heliers: tame, white-goldie bird
Sighted St Heliers, Saturday afternoon 4th Feb. This bird appeared out of nowhere, was eating some seed in our small rose garden, where we feed wild birds. Was hereabouts a few hours, sat on the wisteria on the balcony just a few feet from where we were working. At one point flew past and brushed me, then landed on Ali's shoulder briefly! Not bothered by me getting close to photograph. Then rested in the rose garden, had a drink from the just-cleaned bird bath. Had gone by about 6pm (before the next bird feed was put out), haven't seen it since. Have only managed to upload one photo
