Are you a natural with people – trustworthy & compassionate?
Have you always been told you are easy to talk to?
Are you a problem solver and a good negotiator?
Looking for a part time job a little different from the rest?
A man in his late 20s with Autism is looking for a mentor and guide. He runs a small business, is great to chat to and loves to fish. But he finds some parts of his world really hard to manage without some support and this has gotten him into a bit of trouble.
He needs someone in his corner. Someone who can help him navigate those tricky bits - like talking to his parents, planning to move out of home and building independence on day to day tasks.
To be able to help, you need to be great at building connections, be trustworthy and patient. You don’t need experience, although some knowledge about Autism would be helpful. Mainly you need to be able to get him on side, build trust and have the skills to help him move forward.
Maybe you are looking for a career change? A bit of work alongside your other commitments? Or to know you are making an impact? We would love to chat with you more about it. About 6-10 hours per week – days and times negotiable.

🌉🛶 Early Birds Might Crack This One First… or Not? 🥚🧠
A person is crossing a bridge and sees a boat full of people, yet there isn't a single person on board.

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉
The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.
This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.
We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
