Ruby has been in my attached flat and has been the most perfect tenant I have had in 35 years. She is an active retired nurse, meticulous, kind quiet and pays rent promptly. I am moving out of Auckland so seek a granny or 1bed flat for Ruby to 500. She is self funding. Please PM me Margaret
