Orakei Local Board is celebrating all of the wonderful volunteers who give their time in so many ways, to make our communities beautiful, safe, friendly, fed, loved and a better place to live.
While the board know plenty of local volunteers, there are still many that they don't know and so are asking YOU to tell them who else is out there. Calling All Puzzle Masters! Can You Solve This?
When John was six years old he hammered a nail into his favorite tree to mark his height.
Ten years later at age sixteen, John returned to see how much higher the nail was.
If the tree grew by five centimetres each year, how much higher would the nail be?
